At Char-Griller, we stand by the quality of our grills and smokers; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
